Complaint Review: United Card Services UCS

Some one from United Card Service told me I was approved for a Mastercard with a 7500 limit. He told me I just had to pay this yearly fee of $299. I told them I did not have the money. He told me that he could post my account on a date and if I didn't have the money right then I could Call this number and get a later date.

Well I call the number it was a mailbox, most of the time it was full. I did leave a message and I also put a stop payment on the check number I gave him. I thought everything was alright after I found out this was fraud.

Well later this same company debit my account because they could not get the the check through. I call the number back and the company either changed their number or block this area code through because I couldn't even get to the mail box.
