I needed some quick cash and so I ended up borrowing 200 bucks from www.unitedcashloans.com. I now have enough money to pay the loan off, but for some reason, I am not receiving my renewal documents in email any more. Once they started taking extra $$ out to help pay down the loan, the renewal documents stopped.

I tried going to their website and asking about the documents but a couple of things occurred: 1) They don't have a customer service contact number, and 2) whenever I put in my email address to request a password for the website, they don't have my email on file. Even though I KNOW they did because I used to get documents from them.

So now I am worried that my loan will never get paid off, that they will just keep sucking me for money. I searched the net and I can't find any customer service number for them, the bank couldn't find one. Can I put stop payments on it from my bank? What would they do? I don't know how to get this loan cleared up and I want to because this company is horrible & frustrating to deal with. Helllllllllllllp

I have had severa; loans through this company and nothing went wrong and I like them. Like the other person said you can renew several times then you pay the finance charge on the balance and pay off in $50 increments I have tried other companies that ripped me off and I only trust this one. Also they have the lowest interest rate from all the others. One problem is that I went to get another loan before Christmas and it wouldnt go through, so I called them and they said they were having computer processing problems, and that was weeks ago Now I call them and get a recording that they are having problems and will call me when it is resolved. I am thinking that they are maybe being sued or something just like Western Sky and and out of business either permanently or temporarily until they resolve the matter. So now I am leary about getting another loan because worry about getting caught in the limbo.

Hello Nikki,I Also Advanced With United Cash Loans. This Is My Forst Time As An Account Holder.I Thought The Site And Documents We Quite Clear Tho I Know Ive Used Others Much Easier And Less Complicated. Not To Mention Easier Amd More Convenient To Pay Off Like CashNetUSA.They Even Discpunt Your Payback As You Are A Returning Customer And Continue With Teir Rewards.Lets Say On A Three Humdred Dollar Payday Loan.My Pay Back Os Only 286.50. Back To Uninted Cash Loans. They Have A Notoce In There Terms That Upon Payoff Pf The Loan A Written Letter Stating Just That Should Be Faxed To Them At Least 3 Full Bisiness Days In Advance.

I Called The Customer Service And The Rep Told Me Not Necessary.Just Go Online And Chose The Payoff Option.Once That Is Done Thats All You Need To Do.however That Is Where That Notice Is Mentioned. For You My Qiestion Is If You Dont Get The Fax To Them But The Agreemenr Electronically As Per Their Option And Pay Off Of The Full Amt Which Ove Already Set Up For Next Month. Will Thos Be A Forseeable Issue I Can Avaoid.Sure Send The Fax Which I Intend Too Do But Ofren Im Not Very Good Woth Deadlunes Of Thos Sprt. Its A Bipolar Issie.Mine To Be Resposible For Of Cpurse AndbI Do Often Enough And Lose.I Just Was Curipus If Ypud Ever Not Sent Them The Fax As Well As Chose The Online Option Payoff At That Same Loan.Thanks.You Wrote An apropriatley Great Rebuttle And Comment Here.Thank You.

How To contact United Cash Loans

I have had a loan through United Cash Loans. The customer service number is 1-800-279-8511 and the fax number is 1-800-803-8794. They prefer if you are requesting something that you fax them.

They automatically renew your loan up to 4x unless you tell them otherwise. If you renew they take out the finance charge. This is only the finance charge and does NOT goes towards the balance. This is similiar to how other companies not online also operate.

Once the 4th renewal occurs they will then take a finance charge on your balance and $50.00 towards your balance. Again unless you tell them otherwise. Say for example you've renewed 3x and now you have the money to pay off the balance. You need to fax them that you want to do this and they will withdraw the whole amount and your done. I have done that before and it's worked fine.

I have also done the renewals and the balance in intervals. Once the whole loan was paid they did stop withdrawing. I did pay close to $400 on a $150.00 loan but that is because of the fees and that I dragged it out so long. You really need to read the fine print and understand how the loan operates.

Nikki, i was their customer before and they did the same thing to me. I'm in the process of asking for a refund. If you would like to know how to stop them please email me.
