United Cash Loans Has RUINED me by taking $385. directly out of my checking acct. instead of the $125. they were DUE! Internet
In my opinion the WORST Loan company on the internet! I have been a Great customer to this company and they have Ruined me!
I will try to keep this in perspective.
I received a $400 loan from them in July 2007. I paid them $90 a month every month (interest only) until December 2007 when they took an additional agreed upon amt. of $50 to go towards the principle. My Jan 2008 payment was to be debited on December 31, 2007.
On January 9th I went into their website to change my address and phone # at which time I saw that they did not take my January payment of $125. ($75 interest + $50 principle) and apply it to my account. Also. in Red Letters it informed me to contact their collections dept., which I did right away.
I talked with Darlene who informed me the debit was returned to them unpaid by my bank as Account Closed. Well, that was news to me! I went into my online banking account and saw my account was fine and that other debits were paid on December 31, 2007.
I called Darlene again on 1/10/2008 and told her my checking account had Not been closed. She informed me that the charges ($125.) would again be submitted to my bank.
Today I went into my checking account online and saw I am now in the NEGATIVE by $305! United Cash Loans submitted (under check #0) the total they say I still owe of $385 instead of the agreed upon amt. of $125. This caused another debit to go unpaid and my bank charged me $66. in NSF fees! If they had taken the amount they were due of $125 my account would now be fine.
I am disabled and have no way to cover this loss! I am sure my bank indeed will NOW Close my checking account and that will leave my direct deposit in limbo.
I am in so much of a mess right now I have no idea what I am going to do. This company has RUINED my LIFE and it's UNFAIR!
I just moved and have no way to make this up. I have no idea where to turn.
I am WARNING anyone who will see this to AVOID United Cash Loans at all cost if you value your well being. {{sigh}}

NOTE: My original loan was for only $300 and not $400 as I reported. Which makes what they have done even worse!
