Complaint Review: UNITED CASH LOANS

I went to the internet and did something really stupid. I applied for a loan with United Cash Loans based in Carson City, Nevada. I borrowed $300. I called them two weeks ago and wanted to pay them off the $300 I borrowed.

They had already taken some $270 out of my bank account for fees. They refused to take my $300 unless it went to collections. I could not believe what I was hearing.

I called the Better Business Bureau in Reno, Nevada and was told there were 94 complaints against them. I was then directed to call the banking and licsening dept in Carson City and was told that United Cash Loans does not even have a license in the state of Nevada. This is illegal! We have to get all together and put them out of Business!
