I admit to a stunning lapse in judgment when I took out a loan with these terroristic sharks in April of 2007.   I had just gone back to work after several weeks out on disability from a workplace accident that nearly cost me my life.  I was short on cash to pay rent. 


When I had a problem with my checking account last year, some bills were not paid and I am in the process of paying them off.  However, since my layoff nine weeks ago, that has been difficult.


Anyway, these sharks started calling in July,claiming that they hadn't been paid.  Since I hadn't yet received my unemployment yet, I told them about the layoff and agreed to let them call and see if anything changed  every week or so.  Tonight, I got a call from a Deborah claiming to represent this company.  I had to correct her pronunciation of my last name,as it was wrong.  She asked for the last four digits of my social security number and I balked, saying that as a pervious victim of identity theft, I did not reveal that to people I don't know.  Besides,if this truly was a collections representative, she would


  1. have this information already.


  2. use another method to verify my identity, as her alleged colleagues have done.


She would not allow this and became verbally abusive.  Then she said "Don't you remember your account with United Cash Loans?"  I then terminated the conversation.


That B^$# guaranteeed that when I do return to work, they will be paid DEAD LAST!
