Complaint Review: United Cash Loans

Hi folks I see everyone is pretty much in the same boat here. United Cash Loans are either taking too much money out putting you into bounce etc, etc. Calling you wanting their money that you already paid and harrasing you because they can??????

Guess what!!! The people that are calling you and loaning you money are really a tribe in Miami (MY AM UH) OK. They are hiding behind the quise of being a collections agency through the tribe industries division. Therefore they are in the governments eyes untouchable. HOWEVER, I believe they cannot function as a payday loan company as they are not "in trust" as a loan company....they are "in trust" as a collections agency so there is a very big difference here.

Report them to the department of the interior and BIA

Call the CEO everyday and ask if what UCL is doing is legal EVEN though they are tribal. If they are not a part of UCL they need to learn FDCPA rules as being a collections agency

Something is not right with this picture. I am an American Indian and I am shamed by my Indian brothers actions in this matter.
