On 3/30/2017, sign contract for a 56 passenger bus to pick up family from Alexandria La and bring them to Galvestin, Tx to the Carnival Cruise Terminal. I was required to pay as a down payment $1,350.00. This pickup was scheduled for June 16, 2018. In December, 2017, I modified my request for a smaller vehicle- 30 passenger. On 6/7/2017, the company illegally charge my Americans Express Card fir the remaining balance fir the trip. That amount was not due until 2 weeks prior to the trip (6/1/2028). On 1/25/2018, I cancel my contract because for three weeks the company strung me along regarding my request. Since January 25, 2018, I’ve been trying to get my 1/2 amount I paid, but the company has lied and says it was being mailed however have not received it as of this complaint. On 3/8/2018, a certified letter was mailed to the company telling them they had 29 days to release my money, however they refused to sign the letter. However I believe that the regular letter was received but again they gave refused to give me my money.
