United Country iAuctionandRealty.com and Jason Wallingford Sold me fake antiques as authentic period pieces St Louis Missouri
I purchased an antique item from Mr.Jason Wallingford and his company iauctionandrealty, which turned out to be a complete fake being sold as a period piece. I paid $2034 dollars for a fake copy of plaster and resin that doesn't have any monetary value and this guy isn't willing to issue a refund. I sold the item to a customer who sent it off to be tested only to find out it wasn't a real piece so I had to refund his cash. Jason and his company confirmed with the specialist that the item is not real and he still isn't willing to issue a refund. His reasoning is its been 6 months since the item sold so there's nothing he can do which is complete BS because he's responsible for false advertising which ultmately enticed bidders to drive prices up for a item that was never what he said it was to begin with.

This is a follow-up to my initial report in which all complaints have been satified between myself and iauctionandrealty.com. The company was very proactive in settling the situation and addressing concerns with an effective solution of providing me with a refund. I reccomend this company to anyone that seeks integrity within a company and also knows how to handle situations with problem free solutions that keeps customers happy, and coming back at the same time.
