Complaint Review: United Cresit Source

We were given the name of this company(UNITED CREDIT SOURCE) by a mortgage company in order to help us get qualified for a home loan.  So we trusted the Mortgage representative and followed his instructions we did the 4 things he asked. Enrolled with UCS- I contacted these people about their request, each time the response was we can't read your fax need to refax all documents.  My Husband has a common name so we started seeing my sons information on his credit reports.  I contacted them and asked them to address these issues.  Little did I know that every request they made impacted our credit score.  Therefore we will not qualify for a home loan.   WE WORK VERY HARD FOR EVERY DIME WE MAKE AND TO HAVE A BETTER LIFE AND A HOME OF OUR OWN!!!   IF YOU HAVE TRYED THE SITE LATELY IT IS NOT FOUND IMAGINE THAT!!!  

Dave Ramsey was right do not trust these people to help you fix your credit.  You don't have credit if you pay for eveything in cash, that is where they get you so need to have credit history in order to get home loans, car loans etc.  A big fact cirlce of going nowhere but ripped off by these companies.  Unfortunatly for us paying for a house in cash is not an option so back to the drawing board for us on working on our own credit clean up.
