Here How There Scam Works Let Me Start By Letting You Know About Who Is Behind it His Name Is John Hacker The Owner/CEO He Lives in Orange Park Fl On Bristol Place I even have his unlisted phone number its 9048030386 anyway he has ripped off a little over 7000 people for about 3.5 million in total which was mostly spent on drugs 2 Mercedes a dodge viper ,Escalade and like 5 other cars any way here is what he does he buys people's information online by the hundreds and has about 10 staff members work for him at a time but doesn't keep them long so they don't ask to many questions.
they contact these people telling them that based on there poor financial situation that we will negotiate there debt for 50 cents on the dollar if there approved. Of Course everyone is approved. The 50 percent we tell them includes our 15% fee which we collect first we only take clients who have 10000 dollars of debt or more so the least we steal is 1500.00 most of the time more In the paperwork we send the client The Fine Print states that if any reason cancelation occurs all fees are deemed earned and non refundable. The next step is to collect are fee over the next 6 months we do this by telling them they need to have an account for our program and in order to get them approved we need that account number once we have the bank information we set up an ACH auto Debit one a month and take there money from there account to the company account witch then John Hacker Transfers all the funds to a safe account incase he is shut down during this time we do nothing for them and have them fall deeper in debt by the time we have collected all our fees the client is sued by there creditors for failure of payments and then they cancel the program or we cancel the client and then let them know that BASED ON THE PROGRAM GUIDELINES YOU ARE NOT ELIGLABLE FOR REFUND and then are instructed to get back on the phone and find the next sucker.
United Debt Solutions Convinced me that I was helping people and then I found out I was help Steal From at least 7000 Financially Struggling people.

Jake Here again If you have every worked with united debt solutions you have probley heard the line that we will get you out of debt for 35 % of what you owe heres the thing
people listen closely first creditors will NOT take your debt down to 35% this is a lie if your lucky there drop it to 70% and thats after they add 20% intrest and charge a 15% FEE DO the math Your not Saving any money they have to do this becasue John Hacker needs money for his money grubbing girl friend Chrissy who by the way Love running around town with johns friends giving sexual favors for money I mean i was going to open a pizza place called COX Wings its a lot like dicks wings and it was going to have a skinny crack head named Chrissy Hackerwith a smile eating the wings and it going say COME EAT HERE NO ASK CHRISSY CHRISSY LOVE THE COX

Let me just tell you how you "HELPED ME ACHEIVE FREEDOM FROM DEBT" I have already filed a complaint on here 2 yrs ago. Since that time, my credit has been runned into the ground and i ended up having to file for bankruptcy. THANKS AMERICAN DEBT SOLUTIONS. You ripped me off 2 yrs ago and in july 2007, you tried to do it again, by dipping into my bank account 2 yrs later and taking almost 700.00 bucks out for no particular reason after i sent you papers revoking any power of attourney over my bank, credit cards or money.
Luckily I kept your bullcrap letter saying our business together was over. I had to fax and send a letter to your shadey business showing you that my dealings with your company was over 2 yrs ago. My bank dropped my money back into my account and then went after united debt solutions to get "their" money back. What a bunch of crooks and scam artist, you are lousy scum that preys on the misfortunes of hard working people so you can make money. There's a special place in HELL for you people, and any stupid employee that can't read on here that they are helping John Hacker take our money and wishes to defend him can kiss my A@#.
I want to know just how many people you have "helped"...you helped yourselfs to our bank account is what you did. I Hope and pray that these idiots get a lawsuit thrown on them so bad that they have to work 2 jobs and struggle to make ends meet...(just like we do), Oh and i had decent credit before these fools robbed me. I was trying to get my payments down before they got out of control, now it's ruined.
I think I'll contact, Dateline NBC and maybe the local paper down in Orange Park, FL. to let other "prey" know just what these theifs do for a living. Employees of UNITED DEBT SOLUTIONS wake up,. WE ARE GOOD HARD WORKING PEOPLE WHO HAVE A GOOD RELEATIONSHIP WITH OUR CLIENTS.WE HAVE HAD WELL OVER 7,000 CLIENTS WHO HAVE BEEN VERY SUCCESSFUL WITH OUR HELP. In research of all personnel records, beginning with the inception of the company in 2003, there has never been any employee named "Jake" employed by United Debt Solutions. Furthermore, all employees upon being hired have to sign a non-disclosure, non-compete statement which is in effect for up to 18 months after the employee has left the company. If "Jake" was an employee of the company, he would be in violation of the non-disclosure statement.
"Jake", if he had been employed by the company, would know more about the program guideline which were cited incorrectly in his slandering and incorrect statement. Not everyone that calls for the company's assistance with debt is automatically accepted. The company does have strict guidelines with regard to accepting clients. The company only accepts clients who have a LEGITIMATE financial hardship and do not want to file bankruptcy. Potential clients that do not have a legitimate financial hardship are advised that we can not assist them per the company's guidelines that MUST be followed.
Clients are advised from the beginning of the application process all the way through their chosen length of program how we will help them achieve freedom from debt. This information includes the percentage they are charged for our services, the amount of money the client MUST save to become totally debt free, how the company is paid for services rendered and cancellation procedures if the client chooses to do so. It is the client's decision if they want to accept this or not. Porential clients are in no way forced to join this program with the company.
As with any company, employees are hired on an "as needed" basis. According to our personnel records, the company has many long-term employees who gladly assist our clients.
Since this is the way "Jake" interprets the company's guidelines, it's a good thing that he is not employed by the company and never was, for he would not be able to assist our clients in the fashion they are accustomed to.
With WELL OVER 7000 clients having gone through our program to date, we are sorry not each and every one of them has been satisfied with our services, however we do stand on our record that there are more satisfied clients than those not satisfied.
