I am accustomed to paying for REO platforms from very reputable companies such as RES.net and Equator.  I listened to Scott Worthing's sales pitch about how a lot of services were switching over to their platform because of the high fees that RES.net was charging.  Sounded reasonable to me.  I should have known better.  I was promised 2 listings at the beginning and of course as soon as I paid the $349, those suddenly dropped to 1 and it wasn't even foreclosed yet.  I tried to be patient thinking maybe a few more listings would come my way and maybe they were actually honest.  I have heard nothing from these people since October.  No new listings, no updates on the 1 they said would be.. nothing.  I was promised at signup if I wasn't happy with the business i was getting from them I could cancel and they would refund my money.  Was told they could do that because they knew I would be happy and wouldn't want to cancel.  In December I started requesting a refund and I am only being put off.  I keep being told it is waiting to be processed by their accounting department.  Really?  That doesn't take a month.  Word of advice.. stick with the known big boys in the industry, RES.net, Equator, Exceleras... avoid United Default at all cost.  They are only in business to collect signup fees.  United/Livi... refund my money!! Have filed complaint with BBB and next stop is Illinois Attorney General.
