Complaint Review: UNITED EXPRESS VANLINES

my husband & i were over charged! some of the items were left in hostage, the movers damaged about $5,000 in household goods, caused my husband & i a great deal of fiancial hardship! we ve been behind in our monthly bills, & house payments, had to go use public asst.

we were quoted a certain price via phone.. in the amount of $2,284.00 have of that went into a money order and the other in cash, paid out of pocket expenses for the movers, to find them extra help!

the stuff remainding in lyons ga. in hostage, some items were stolen! and the other things are remainding up there, till we have to figure out a way to go and get them back to us!
