Complaint Review: United Family Cirrulcation Inc.

On Monday June 9, 2003 I too was approached by a white male approx. 17 years of age, well dress and very personable. He stated that he was selling books and magazines to help raise money for his soccer team to participate in a tournament in Hawaii. This young man even had a name of one of my coworkers stating that he was her son.

Once he stated this I thought I would at least listen to what he had to sell. When I returned to work the next day I asked my coworker if she was aware that her son had stopped by my house. She stated that this couldn't be as her son was with her at a restaurant eating.

This was not the first time I was approached by this type of individual (young, ambitious, stating that they were working very hard to raise money for some school function, they arrive by foot, no car or bike to help them get around, very personable and now they even are finding out personal information on people in the neighborhood).

My coworker made me aware of this sight ripoffreport and after reading all the other testimonies I am feeling very sick inside. Mostly because it sounds as though some corrupt gready individuals are exploiting these young people.

I am going to do all I can to help stop this terrible crime. I have placed a call to the police, filled a report with the Better Business Bureau and have contacted our local news station in hopes they will help with the investigation.

If these young people approach you I have been informed that you are to contact the local police and by under no circumstances should you give them money. Please help stop this before too many innocent people lose money and that we protect these young people.
