Complaint Review: United family resources

 I reached out to this company for help with my urgent custody case. I'm a domestic violence survivor and my situation is both emergent and very serious. I was led to believe that the advocacy group I reached out to you wouldn't even call me back so I (believing this to be true legal representation) accepted the offer of Mr Bowers and paid $100 towards my case, once payment was made I was informed I would be getting essentially a paperwork service! I think that it is very clear my case requires actual representation not the ridiculous $1200 paperwork service plus $49/month! This is awful I have called multiple times and finally emailed. I want a refund! You are thieves and you're hurting people and could've ruined my life! You were going to charge me $1200 + to send me in unprepared to try to get my son in a case involving domestic violence and parental kidnapping! Are you serious! Shame on you!
