Complaint Review: UNITED FIDUCIARY TRUSTEES

I also recieved this letter with a bit of a twist my check was for 4,910.00 and they are listing from Peninsula Bank, and the company name on check is M.W. Glick, INC. I was weiry when I read this but also very hopeful because my fiance and I are trying to buy a house and that would make a hell of a downpayment. Another twist is my Customer Service Rep's name is Wendy Murphy and the contact number is 647-686-1110 but my legal letter was also signed by Cindy Ashworthy. When I tried to call the number I just got an answering line that said the rep I was trying to reach was not avalible try back later. If there is a lawyer that wants to persue this you'd have my full coop. And I am also wondering if I cash this check not deposit it what can of reprecosions could I suffer?? Ya'll let me know. Thanx
