United Financial ripoff promised credit card never got it Closter New Jersey

on July 10th 2002 I was contacted about getting a credit card from United Financial and told they would electronically withdraw the fee from my account.

I agreed and they withdrew the amount. A month later I got a activation card to fill out and send back which I did and was told I would receive my card within three weeks

I never received a card. A made about 50 calls to see what was going on and was told from the bank who was issuing the card was having problems with their systems to the card was in the mail.
