I have been in this program since September of 09, I started out with 4 credit cards in the program and now I only have 2 cards left  in the program because 2 of the credit card companies have kicked me out of the program and won't let me back into the program because they said my payments were months behind.  I have never been late on my payments or missed a payment.  I am not satisfied at all with this company, when I told them the credit card company had kicked me out of the program they said well we sent another proposal to them to try to get u back in, and when the credit card company wouldn't let me back in I didn't find out from united financial systems that I wasn't being allowed back in. I found out thru a letter in the mail from the credit card company saying my account was past due and I wasn't being allowed back in the program. When I asked them why my payments were being sent late they said well maybe you should change the date the money is drafted from your account.  I said well don't you think ya'll should have told me that sooner, and the representative I was speaking with didn't say anything.  Now I am down to 2 credit cards in the program, we'll see how long they last.

First and foremost, it is imperative to point out that the client's assertion that 2 cards were "kicked" off the program is untrue. The fact is, her creditors would have re-accepted her accounts via a simple process of resubmitting her proposals. This is a very standard practice of the creditors. Many accounts in the first few months of any debt management program will be "rejected" and require new proposal submissions prior to acceptance. Unfortunately, this client did  not want us to do this, and has canceled the program. Furthermore, we have attempted on numerous occasions to discuss options and resolutions with this client, but she seems to feel that there's nothing to be resolved.

As such, we are sorry to see her leave the program, as the program would have been beneficial in assisting her with her debt.
