My wife and i are have been having trouble with the company United Financial Systems for the past 6 months. In spite that they automatically extract $334 dollars from our account they do not make the monthly payments on time and at other times completely failing to pay. Because of this some card companys reported us to the credit bureau which has damaged out credit. We have called on many occations UFS and we have been unabled to resolve anything. They have told us that they have made all our credit card payments when in fact they had skipped payments, and lately they have been avoiding our calls. We are very upset because in spite that they make the monthly extractions we have had to pay the credit card companys from our pockets in order to lessen the damage to our credit caused by United Financial Systems. Thanks to UFS instead of bettering our credit it has gotten worse and we are recieving constant calls from credit companys for missing or late payments as well as damaged credit.
 
And i ask myself what can we do?

A full review of this Client's account was performed and all of the enrolled accounts are current and are reporting as such to the credit bureaus. We are unaware as to why this client feels that United Financial has ruined his credit, as we have serviced his account properly and in accordance with the Service Agreement. Upon speaking with him, he is now aware of same and has expressed his desire to retract this complaint. As all of the issues have addressed, we consider this matter resolved.
