I signed up with UFS in 2006 and thought I had done a great thing. WRONG! I've had problems with them for years now. I've had to watch them like a Hawk and follow up with my own creditors.

So, I could write for days about the problems I've had with this company, but I won't. I just tell you about my most recent problem. I had several missed payments and I finally got fed up. I wanted OUT! I contacted Jamie Lyons to see what could be done. After several attempts to contact her I did get a response. I filed all the requested paperwork to remove myself from the "program" and get my intial payment back.

She called me and stated that she had received my paperwork and would be sending my check for $270 in the mail. I was very content. I last spoke to Jaime at the end of Oct 2010. It is now the middle of January 2011 and I have yet to get any response to my emails and phone calls.

I wanted to give them a few business days to reply to my last email. I have not yet filed a report with the BBB, but it is on my list of things to do if I do not receive the check very soon.

Please do NOT use this company for any reason. If you have an account with them GET OUTNOW!!! This company has no business ethics. Feel free to contact meifa class-action suite is filed. I would be happy to provide you with copies of missed payments and contacts that were not returned.
