I ran into a problem with this company a few weeks back , when I started to notice that they were not making payments to the credit card companies . They withdrew the money from my account for the last 4 months and have not paid a single dime to any of the registered credit card companies .

I contacted them several times thru email, fax and phone calls and got promises stating that they will correct the problem and get back with me . My credit score has been impacted severely . They are definitely committing Fraud where they have all of the personal and credit card information and they withdraw money and not payout .

I think they are running a ponzi scheme. I am planning to file a lawsuit or join others who are planning to and also call the office of consumer affairs . There is definitely a major scheme that is going on.

Their statements show that the payments have been made with the dates of the ACH withdrawal but none of the payments reach the enrolled credit card companies .

I would like to be contacted if anyone is planning to file a lawsuit

I am having the exact same problem and just yesterday paid $700 to get my account current. I paid over $300 last month to just go on and pay off and catch up another card. I cannot get anyone from ufs to answer the phone or reply to emails. If you have any suggestions how i can get in touch with them please let me know. They have ALOT of my money that i could use to pay off the last of my debt.

i too have had many problems with ufs. i have been with them for 3 years and  was told it would be 5 years total but i can see how i can last 2 more years with them. i have the same problem with them not making payments but take the money out of my account on the 15 th of each month. as of this morning they were 2 payments behind and when i finally got them on the phone i was told payments were posted this morning. but when i wanted to talk to michael who is in charge of my account  i was told he was on a short break. that was 2 hours ago and still no call back. if anyone does file a law suit with them i would sure join in. im trying to get my accounts to another company since i do want to pay my bills.

Since writing my original report , I got a call from UFS personnel. They began to start addressing the issues that I had raised with them for the past 4-6 weeks . 


I am Happy to report that all of the payments that were not made were finally made and posted to the respective credit card companies. 

They are now moving towards helping me repair my credit report . Dont know the outcome yet but will update if that happens . 

I want to thank rippoff report for having the credibility and the power to have companies, who are not treating consumers well , respond and pay some attention...

I will continue monitoring the responsiveness Of UFS and will update accordingly .
