united financial systems HUGE MISTAKE!.....another hard life lesson learned! boca raton, Florida

After reading all of the other reports regarding this company at least i dont feel so alone! I signed on with this so called company in may of 2007 and almost immediately the payments were consistently late. Things did improve for some time but now it is ONE BIG MESS! I  had originally enrolled four cards in the program. Over the last few months i noticed that payments were falling behind. UFS was taking the agreed 327 per month from my checking account but were only distributing about 100 to my creditors. So I paid off two of the three myself and thought for sure they would eventually apply the current and past funds they STOLE from me to the remaining two accounts. WRONG! I had to catch up one of them last month and then was called my other card company two days ago. I was informed that payment had not been made since early july and UFS had cancelled the program with them. I was never notified by UFS that they did not plan to continue to pay my creditors. To make matters worse they have continued to debit my checking account 327. Last withdrawal was September 2nd. I have tried for three days to contact them and have emailed them to NO AVAIL!!!! This is like some third world country scam. Who protects the consumer in the US from this kind of mess??? The good news is that bank of america has worked with me to keep interest rate low and i will do this without UFS. I had to pay the 700 dollars that account was behind first though. Unfortunately,  I guess some employee at UFS gets to walk away alot of my money never to be heard from again.

Money was applied to three cards (one of which was already paid off by me!) Still have alot of money from 2010 unaccounted for because it was not applied to my cards! Jamie has spoken with me and assured me she will check into the matter and help fix my ruined credit report due to their late payments. I will update on outcome.

I did revcieve a phones call today (9-17-10) and a lady from UFS has promised to check into the matter and also promises to have negative reports removed from credit reporting agencies. I will update as more information comes my way.
