Back in March 2005 I found myself in financial trouble so I turned for help. I contacted David Bishop with United Financial and explained my predicament. He gave me a great speech on what they could do and I fell for it. I'm just too trusting. I signed up for the contract and the fun began. After four years everything was fine until September of 2009 when I started receiving phone calls from my card companies twice per day telling me they have not received payments. I contacted UFS and was told that they could not trace the payments for 30 days. The next week I had a message that they had made all back payments and they were sorry for the problem. (quick 30 days) The next month the calls started again so I did some research on my billing and found that UFS had changed the payment date form around the first week of every month to the last week. Then around January 2010 They changed the payment to the first week of the month so now I'm a full month behind. In February 2010 all payments stopped and the calls kept coming. Once again on a monday in March I contacted UFS and was told they would investigate this and call me back on Friday. I'm still waiting for the call 3 weeks later. I recieved a letter from one card co. stating they have waved my outstanding debt and have cancelled my account. Thats not what I wanted, I want to pay my debt, it's mine. April 17, 2010 Was to be the last payment to UFS and I would be out of debt, but instead I don't know what is going on or how to fix this. I tried calling UFS but I can't get through on the phone. Now all I can do Is is tell everyone else to beware of this company. I'm sure there are reputable companies out there but this is not one.

i have had the same problem with them i startd my program in januray of 2005 and everything has been fine till about the last 3 months and only should have like one credit card left and now they stopped taking out money and never heard anything from then since and now i have tried over and over to get ahold of them and nothing i dont know what to do either im stuck cause now i cant deal with the credit card by myself because of USF. i dont know what to do
