For Now Call your Bank In The Future Do Not Give Out Your Personal Info Over The Phone

#2Consumer Suggestion

Sun, April 20, 2003

I was ripped off by the same company. I called my bank where I have my checking account to ask them if there was anything I could do. I was told that a customer has the right to ask for their money back through their bank as long as the claim is legit. YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK WITHIN APPROXIMATELY TEN DAYS!!! YOU MUST CALL YOUR BANK. THEY WILL ASK YOU TO FILL OUT A FORM. Do not believe Global Financial when they tell you that you "can't get a refund" if you have not received the product that was promised. Do not give up without trying. Global Financial may be going bankrupt, but if you are still waiting for a refund, you need/deserve to get your money back as soon as possible! If you really want to make this known, call your local radio or television news station and talk to them about making this public! It's so wonderful that people have the chane to let others know that these kinds of things are happening and I really thank you for all of your efforts. I myself had no clue of what was happening to me until I read similar reports to yours. Keep up the good work. Hopefully one day "business ethics" will be something that all businesses must follow without these kinds of dirty scams!
