Complaint Review: United Health Benefits

8/6/2007 Purchased discount insurance plan for 169.95 monthly plus 120.00 initial processing fee. Debited account for the above amount 8/9/2007. Sent cards for accessing services mid to late September. When I noticed the second premium had not been deducted for October I called to learn how to access services and was informed policy cancelled because United Health Benefits had not paid the service provider.
