UHC will no longer pay any of my daughter's medical bills since she now has primary health insurance under her father.  They state the reason they won't pay is that they require the other insurance's eob on each and every claim.  I have sent eob's in over and over for the same claims, only to be told they have never received them.  I have faxed and mailed them.  I have fax confirmations and signed return receipts from the post office.  When I call, I am passed off and put on hold only to hear that no one knows what is going on.  The last time I called I was on hold off and on for almost 2 hours.  I have kept records and documents of each rep I talk to along w the dates and times.  Counting down the days until "open enrollment" w my employer so I can cancel this useless and costly insurance!
