Below is a actual e-mail I received from one of there Internet Specialist (Loose title at best) after receiving my application on line. I do have some credit challenges so you can understand how happy I was to get this approval. As you can see below this was a done deal. I love the phrase "approvals I have secured for you". This information I received was not only wrong but misleading. I spoke with their Sales Mangaer Brian Piatz who in short told me "they cut corners in the processing of my application". And there was nothing they could do for me. Along with approvals from there underwriter Dave Decosta this was a great suprise to me.

After waisting approximately 15-20 hours of going to and from the dealership looking at their inventory wasting time in speaking to there credit experts, to have there sales manager tell me "There's nothing we can do we cut corners" how is that possible with the e-mail I received by your "Internet Specialist".

As a consumer like everyone there are to many choices to have to deal with a company that misleads and "Cuts Corners" for it's customers.
Stay away from UNITED HYUNDAI
DONT BE A VICTAM OF A COMPANY THAT "CUTS CORNERS"




ACTUAL EMAIL I RECEIVED FROM A INTERNET SPECIALIST FROM PLANET HYUNDAI ON SAHARA IN LAS VEGAS.

"Well Jim, you see, as part of our "Dollars & Cents" Savings Event we have going-on today its not required of you to provide a down payment at this present time.

Currently with the approvals I have been able to secure for you; there is a special program I have, that will enable you to not have a payment for up-to an entire year.

For your convience Jim I will be in the office this evening until 6pm, however my underwriter, Mr. Dave DeCosta who will be working with us is here until 9pm.

I still have a few open availabilities for this evening. Please allow me the opertunity to show you how easy it is in doing business with us."

Just to let all know I have filed a complant with BBB, and I found out that UNITED HYUNDAI has a few registered complaints with the BBB. SO BEWARE.

There are to many choices do business with these guysg o else where
