I purchased addiction treatment live transfers on 10/18.18. I paid $2,250 for the calls, and was told I'll get about 5 billable a day. He took my money, and is refusing to give me a refund. The service is very poor, I did not get any quality calls, and I was even terminated by my company, because the calls that he did deliver were all fradulent and callers calling to be asked to be put on a do not call list. Before I made the payment he was very responsive, but now that I asked for a refund, he is not responding to me.

Again, We have all the calls recorded showing your team working live trasfers. You received exactly what you paid. Unfortunately during that process of working our calls you were terminated. Your problems became OUR problems.

 That is false information. Only 3 were billable , and every single call was fraudulent. People had no idea why I was calling.

The aggrement was to generate 50 addiciton live transfers and the customer would only be billed for talk times over 45 seconds. 

We generated over 100+ live transfers for the customer but only 25 were billable. The customer decided to cancel the service because he lost his job. At which point we cancelled the service and issued the customer a FULL REFUND to be used for another product or service. 

We have recorded phone calls and dialer reports the above statment. 

 

We have a no refund policy which is clearly displayed on our website, invoices and marketing materials.
