United Locksmith Services HORRIBLE SERVICE, THEY STOLE MY MONEY Dallas Texas

I had to change the ignition in my car and needed a new remote starter. I called to get info and the girl on the customer service said it is going to cost me around $100 just for the ignition. I agreed and made an appointment. The technician came to the appointment telling me that the service i needed will cost me around $600. I was shocked!!

Had no options but to get it done so i waited a couple of hours for the technician to finish. He was almost done when he said that he couldn't install a new program because my previous remote starter was old. So we agreed to come the next day and finish by installing a new remote starter. Even though i told him from the beggining the year of the car & assured me he could deliver the job.

He had me waiting Saturday& Sunday until 930 at night, keep texting me that he was on his way but never showed up!

He called Monday telling me that he is coming & never showed up again!!

Keep calling their horrible customer service for 15 days now. As soon as they hear that they owe me a service they put me on hold for 15' or transferring me to different representatives that they either hang up or keep transfering my call!!

I asked to speak to the manager named Amy which she never called back either. The girl Shirley to whom i spoke the first time was not of any help.

I seriously can't believe that this company really exists. They took my $600 without finish the job & they don't even care to help their customers. This is insane! People need to know and don't give them their hard working money.

They took my money & left me with a problematic car lock.

The horrible job the technician did cost me my alarm to go off in the middle of the night and wake up my neighbors. 

I called Eric the technician to tell him and he couldn't care less. I want my money back and an apology for the trouble they have dragged me in all these days!
