I received a voicemail at my work number stating this is Priority Legal Services and that a Summons will be served at my place of Employment and requires that my Supervisor or Security’s signature to sign off as a witness to serve me. I called back and paid $245 & when she asked me to hold so she could email me a credit card approval form, she didn’t mute the phone and her and another person started using profanity stating “B**** please, just give me that money”. I advised her that she didn’t mute while using unacceptable language and she stated “so and what”. I requested to speak with a supervisor and someone introduced themselves as Attorney Anthony Rossi but he sounded just like the other person she was talking to while I was hold. I requested that a letter be sent to my email prior to paying and once I hung up the phone, they recalled the email. Luckily, I had already opened and saved it. My bank record shows a charge from United Merchant Asset Recovery LLC. & the email is from a different company name Gmail account rossihackermanandassociates@gmail.com but the voice mail states a 3rd. company name. None of these companies are listed on my Credit Report, this is really scary after hearing there language and that they have all of my personal info! My credit isn’t perfect and I’ve been paying another company $119 monthly for over a year to repair it so I thought this was a part of a settlement but how can I confirm this is even legitimate, what should I do?
