Complaint Review: United Metro Properties

This company is awful and rude.  I have dealt w/ Jesse and glen mostly they do not do repairs they are requested to do.  The kitchen had bugs before i moved in they were asked to get a company in there to spray.  They did not so when I moved in and filled my cupboards there were bugs crawling all over.  I received several notices from the HOA that they did not handle.  I also notified them of termite tubes and they sent a company out there but did not fix it.  I told them two separate times and now Im moving and the stuff stored in the garage that I moved to my new place has termites.. boxes and furniture! 

Now the diswasher took a dive and its been a week and they have yet to repair/replace it.  I'm getting ready to move out 2 more weeks and I have doubts that they will even try to fix it.

I am now concerned w/ my deposit considering the previous person's problem w/ this company.  Guess I will just have to keep my proof and take them and the owner to small claims court.

I will keep my fingers crossed and you all updated.  I have hope that they will be fair... but I will not be holding my breath.
