I am renting a home from United metro properties and have requested that they come out and fix some things that are wrong with the home but Jesse the maintenance person has done nothing to fix the problems. When I moved into the home I had no blinds on one of the windows the carpet was dirty and had never been professional cleaned as promised the back yard was full of dog poop and no one cared. Now that I have normal wear and tear problems they still unwilling to fix any problems. I understand United Metro manages many homes that are owned by a investor in California. I wonder if the owner knows how horrible his homes are being managed and that Jesse the Maintenance manger does a horrible job of keeping his homes up. I am considering contacting the investor and recommending he not use united metro any longer.

FALSE ACCUSATIONS

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, November 13, 2012

It seems a bit ridiculious that I have to respond to such nonsense. However, what else can a business owner do when someone can write false statements about your company and remain nameless.

This tenant can say all the negative stuff they want to about our maintenance department. The fact is that any repair request is sent to the owner of the home. If they approve the work, then we complete it. If they don't approve the work, then we CAN'T complete it as we cannot spend our clients money without their approval.

This tenant can contact the homeowner if they feel desired to. It is not going to change anything. Maybe this tenant woukd be better off following up with our company regarding why these alleged requested repairs have not been completed.
