I took my Nissan Titan in to United Nissan of Las Vegas with a very slight leak of anti-freeze. Other than that.....my truck ran and sounded perfect.

Well it doesn't sound good now. It sounds like a frickin' Diesel Truck.

These scoundrels immediately upon arrival did an initial look at my truck and said they can see the antifreeze leaking out of my water pump.
They took it in to fix it and listed a bunch of things that needed to be addressed.

When I picked up the truck after "REPAIR" I took it home and now that minor leak was a major leak. Creating a pool of antifreeze on my driveway.
So I take it back in and they say its the manifold. So they again took it for several days to "REPAIR" the manifold.

After several days I get the call to pick up the vehicle and I instantly notices some tapping in my engine. But I figured it was just needing the oil to circulate in the engine since they did all that work.

Well the tapping turned into THRASHING.....similar to a diesel engine.
I took it back YET AGAIN! Yet another mechanic came over and said "That sounds terrible"
Several of the mechanics gather around including the Scallywag Service Manager CLAYTON KING who say it sounds like my timing chain was the problem.
WHAT??????? After 65,000 miles of absolutely no problems......within 50 miles of them "REPAIRING" my truck......my timing chain is thrashing like that.

Oh.....but the Scallywag said it couldn't be anything they did. No.....it was because he didn't think I had don't any servicing of my truck . BUNK.....I had all my services done elsewhere for cost reasons.....but that was just his "STANDARD ANSWER #1"

So.....they told me my latest repairs would cost about $3500. Needless to say I raised Hell with the Scallywag CLAYTON KING.....who was truly a pompas a*s. I would have kicked his smug a*s but didn't want to go to jail. And he knew it so he was able to hide behind his desk. Assholes like that need an old fashion a*s Kicking. And he's such a weak sissy kind of a character (can't say MAN).....that it wouldn't have been much fun to kick his a*s but none the less.....

So I took my truck to another Nissan certified mechanic to get another opinion.
He said none of the work that was done.....needed to be done. Said they created the problem and just didn't fill up the engine with enough oil, which caused the engine noise.

So he added a quart of oil and a miracle happened. The noise went away and the timing chain was miraculously fixed. Amazing how that happens.

My only conclusion to this entire fiasco.....is that United Nissan Service Department lead by the weak Scallywag Clayton King....was that this dealerships sales of cars were down and they were just trying to stay a float by sticking it to its unknowing customers.

Well.....thats the last business they'll get from me. In fact NISSAN Corporate had me fill out a review questionaire where I let my disgust in the UNITED NISSAN SERVICE DEPARTMENT.......only to get a "Thank You for my Review" Figures.

I've owned 5 Nissans........This one is my last. Anything but Nissan in my future.

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU HAVE YOUR NISSAN "REPAIRED" BY THESE CLOWNS. THEY ALL SING THE SAME B.S. SONG.

What more can you expect from "coke heads"

I'm an employee at United Nissan and the first week I found out that many of the people who work there are either coke heads, crack heads, or they do heroine or extacy.  I filed my complaints with Nissan Corporate and they said they couldn't do anything because they don't manage on the micro level and all the dealerships are privately owned so it's a local law enforcement problem.

Needless to say I am not surpised that this guy was cheated during his so called repairs to his Titan.  What they tried to do what get him to finance a new truck by making it seem like his truck was not running properly.  The people who work there are expert con artists.

I am sorry to report that the vast majority of businesses in the United States are corrupt just like United Nissan.  If you want better businesses you'll have to move to a foreign country where there is more honesty.  Americans make jobs 10 times harder than they really are.  The whole country is messed up.

As for the customer who got ripped up.  He's lucky it wasn't worse than that.  My advice is to never trust any business that is profit motivated.  Especially United Nissan.  I know the owner Don Foreman and he is a naturn born crook.  He owns a Thai food restuarant somewhere in town as well.
