I have received a bill from my credit card for service from Classmates Online Inc. I neither ordered or want this service.T here is no contact information on the bill nor on the web site that I can find.

How are you to defend against this type of fraud?

Having seen these complaints increasing for this business (and others) over the last few years, I'm staying away! I can read between the lines and I can hear all the corporate spin doctoring. It's always the consumers fault. Wrong password, they didn't check the "Don't rip me off box", improper login, you need to go to your membership options and uncheck the hidden BS option, you need to contact your bank to stop charges, you need to contact the bogus services company we forwarded your card information to, you didn't read our disclaimer... Yadda Yadda Yadda...

I get the "Please Upgrade Your Membership" SPAM all the time.
Well Now Hear This Classmates. NO! (again)

I don't support disreputable businesses!
You forgot to treat your members with respect!
You forgot to safeguard their credit card information!
You violated their trust!
You stole their money!
You mislead and deceive your customers!

I'm an ex customer who will not be back no matter what you contrive to make your dirt look clean!

YES people do use this site to evaluate potential businesses! Thanks Ed!
