United Online - NETZERO free month $35.00 ripped off from elderly widow and her mentally retarded daughter Woodland California

I downloaded the free month (netzero claims for their service) for my 72 year old mom and mentally disabled sister. I wanted them to experience the internet before choosing a company. Studies show using your brain helps repair lost cells. I gave my credit card as requested on the site, thinking no harm for a free month. Deleted it 2 weeks later and put on a more reputable company.

On the box, there is nothing about calling to cancel. Money taken from my account. I called, spoke to Wayne (claims he can't give me his full name--security?)he said I didn't call to cancel and I now we now owe an extra $25.00 because somewhere we signed up for a service. Service, what service, this was a free month. Absolutely no help from Wayne, now mom has to pay $35.00 for free month after 2 weeks of service. When does it end?
