Complaint Review: United Parcel Service

For over 20+ years I have used and been extremely satisfied with U.P.S. service. Now I have a new driver and I have found out that U.P.S. is no longer a service company. They bow to the Union who really dictates policy.
This new driver used his senority to push my excellant driver out in order to get this route, so this is the driver's own choice! This is a country route,so I can only surmise the driver wanted fewer deliveries with scenery. Here is the problem. I own 5 dogs and live on a 500 acre farm. The driver is afraid of dogs! He demands a country route but fears dogs. These dogs have NEVER had any complaints lodged against them much less ever bitten anyone. In fact two are Certified Therapy dogs for children. Two others are certified tracking dogs trained to find missing persons. The fifth is old and can barely walk. The dogs bark and run around the house when a stranger pulls up. They are traind to bark at any stranger and that is all. This coward of a driver feels frightened by the presence of dogs that have never done anything to him and because of the Union (at least that is what U.P.S. tells me) I am supposed to keep my dogs locked up for a half a day when UPS has a delivery. It is a total inconvience for me as I am crippled from a serious fall that left me with limited mobility. I made a drop point away from the house but this driver saw a snake that turned out to be a tree limb. It turns out he is afraid of everything. Now I must drive to a location away from my house to get packages. Please use anyone but UPS, if you want service. I was sympathetic towards Unions. Not any more! I pay extra to have Federal Express or any other carrier deliver my packages now. They don't mind dogs.
