United Parcel Service UPS Failed to deliver the business that doesnt give a dam Jackson Mi
Just before noon today UPS tried? to deliver some packages. I was home and just a few feet from the door, which was open, when this transpired.
The driver never knocked on the door, just left a "Tried to deliver notice".
When I called to complain the person on the other end was rude and said they would just send the parcels back to the shipper.
This is called customer service? Have they gotten too big and busy to take care of buisness? Seems like it.
Last week the driver just put them inside the open door, why not this time???
If there is another choice for shipping other than UPS I will use it or not have anything shipped in the future.
