Complaint Review: United Payment Services

   After being told how great this company was I gave it a try. After being told I can use my account on a friday and the reader would be here on monday. I waited till the next Wednesday then called I get told I need to now pay for the "free card reader" " to insure it $50 (I ship all the time $5 will cover $500 and it ways under 1 pound) I did not think it was correct after being told it was free but I did. Then I get it try to use it and after going around calling everyone that has anything to do with it I have to buy software. Again I was told it was free. I paid for it and started using it. 2 charges and I get a call (I only got $580 between the two calls) I get a call they are holding the over $3000, but I only charged $580 well it shows here . I fax over a copy that will release the funds after they get them they say. Next day what a surprise no call no email response. I then get a call from customer service and they now need a screen shot from the company roam data. I rush back to the office and get it to them. I wait again and then I call the RISK department nothing the person claiming to be the Vice President of the company yells at me that if I have the money charged back they will drop my and if I do not like it I should give a refund and leave. I explain to this rude person that if he worked at my company and ever talked to a customer that way he would be vice president of unemployed he said well he does not (yet he does as I hired them).

I still am getting no answers and have had to stop using the account as they may have crossed me with another vendor. The money still on hold. STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY HAS A BAD REP OF DOING THIS TO A LOT OF VENDORS... After all of this I wonder how I am going to get my money.
