Also i was still in the 30 day guarantie and i send the product from never shave again back with authorization number like requested they never refunded my money. The company united production inc. is not reachable. nevershaveagain, the number on website takes just orders and say they will give your data to the refund office but nothing happens. It's a scam the product doesn't work and they receive 100$ from each customer, a real ripp off, which should be stopped.
