This is the absolute worst business in the Hampton Roads area. Somehow they were able to scam their way into the housing industry and from day one have ripped off homeowners. The don't follow through with anything. They are simply collecting money from homeowners just to collect a salary.
If you are searching for a new home, run far away from one that is associated with UPA. I would much rather take the money that I pay them and light a match to it, at least I'd get the satisfaction of watching it BURN. I sure don't see any evidence of them doing anything in our community. Worthless, Useless, No Common Sense having, Scam Artists and straight Ripoff of a company. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
