United Quality Publication, Inc. Subscribed for a magazine service when a child came to my front door. Cancelled that same day because it was not needed. I subscribed on August 4, 2010 and cancelled that same day mailing the forms Pensacola, Florida

I ordered a magazing subscription from a young man - David Bennett on August 4, 2010.  I cancelled the same day and mailed the form back to the company.  The form said I can cancel the transaction in writing without any penalty or obligation withing three business days from date of sale.  Upon canceling a refund will be issued via company check.  The check I paid cleared on August 10, 2010 for $32.00.

I have left messages in August, September, October and today and have received no response.  I hope you can help.
