Complaint Review: UNITED ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION

I also was ripped off by this company. About 8 to 10 years ago I hired this rip off company to refurbish the roof of my home.

They promised a low price, and a quick job. That didn't happen. After months and months of calling them, they finally sent over a non English speaking crew, which made communication difficult.

This crew ruined my new sunroom that I had installed. I told the owner, Michael Sciubba, that I did not want this sunroom touched. It was brand new, and had it's own metal roof, covered by an ice shield, and a one piece rubber roof design. The work crew put shingles on this part of the roof, and nailed right through the metal!!

I had to call and chase them around to get them to come and repair it. I had paid them a decent amount of up front money. When a guy claiming to be Michael Sciubba's partner showed up in a new Porsche. This clown told me the company had a CASH FLOW PROBLEM, and needed me to give them some money so they could fix THEIR mess up. Can you believe that!!! No wonder there was a cash flow problem, the guy's riding arond in a Porsche!!

The BBB was no help at all. I finally had to give up and take the loss. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT TALKING TO THIS GUY. I BELIEVE HE IS A CRIMINAL!!
