United Sales & Book Publishing Inc. ripoff rip off scam con artists N Miami Beach Florida
This company claims you can make 2,500 dollars a week, stapling their booklets together at home.! You are paid $5.00 to $15.00 for each booklet you staple! They send all the materials you need free of charge! They do, however, ask that you send a $39.00 refundable deposit. They have an option of sending another $3.00 to have your order shipped within seven days.
The letter arrived in an envelope with a return address of PO Box 600880, N. Miami Beach, Fl. 33160-0880. The post mark, for some strange reason reads that it was mailed from Santa Ana, Ca.!
The 1 sheet letter does not give any phone number or fax number. You have a section to fill out, and mail to the same po box # that is on the envelope.
I cannot find this place on the internet at all. I called the operator in N Miami Beach, who finally found them, but not in N Miami Beach?? (Just under Miami Beach). I have called the number, and they have a recorded message about their "work at home jobs". You cannot even leave a message, as the mailbox is full! THIS IS A CON JOB . I KNOW. I'VE BEEN CONNED LIKE THIS BEFORE. THIS COMPANY WON'T GET MY $39.00. THIS IS TO WARN OTHERS WHO MAY BE OVERJOYED TO FIND SUCH A GOOD WAY TO EARN MONEY. YEAH RIGHT!!!!!

While the Better Business Bureau is often not as candid as it should be about consumer ripoffs, it's possible they may be able to help out in this case. According to the BBB report on United Sales and Book Publishing:
The company has responded to all complaints brought to its attention by the BBB by issuing refunds or resending the merchandise.
Make sure to indicate that you want them to send you a refund, since I'm sure you don't want their "merchandise".
