These guys are the WORST EVER SHOP ELSE WHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
My 6 year old son had a major spine surgery that was 2 years in the making. One of there reps TD one of those guys who talks the talk, you know your best friend to your face but does nothing else was the rep. that placed our order while still in the hospital during our 5 week stay.
He could not get the walker my son needs to walk prior to our leaving but said he would have a loaner lined up. I made sure we and the nurses called him everyday for the 3 days prior to leaving to ensure he had the loaner there for us. Yep you can guess he didn't show. The hospital had to find a junker for us just so we could leave. As my son has never been able to walk on his own yet.
Than TD said he would get one to us. We made several appts. with him over the next month which he never showed up to or even called. But he said if he didn't show he would send someone to our home with a loaner. Again never showed, never called. Getting the picture.
A month and a half after leaving the hospital I called to see where our walker was as our insurance would cover 100% no reason for such a delay. Come to find out they had not ordered it or gotten approval for it yet. Seems they dropped the ball on the paperwork and had not even gotten over for the doctor to sign a letter of need which they needed to process the order. Than they told me that would take 2 to 3 weeks to get, but now they would get right on it. (It took me 2 days by the way to obtain.)
When I lost my temper with a manager who still was all talk she stated she would just cancel the order if I would not talk to her. What would there to be to talk about. How bad a company this is? How a poor 6 year old is left with a junker walker that closes on him. That his surgery and efforts will be in vain if he can't stand properly to learn to walk. Than they told me there loaner would do the same. And I must understand the walker was a custom walker. Funny if you google Crocidile walker, you can order it for $621 today. Real custom, but everything they said and did was not honest. We didn't deserve such treatment, we simply needed a piece of equiptment so our little man can walk around.
Guess I'm talking now.
