I have received two emails from this company "threatening" to take me to court for a payday loan that I have not taken out. I have also replied to the email asking for the loan documents so that I may send them to my attorney. I have not received a response.
I have also received phone calls from them but when I say that I have requested them to send me copies of the loan documents, the guy gets mad and hangs up on me.
