Complaint Review: United State Postal Service

Careless driver did not deliver my package as stated I keep getting the runaround about my package which I needed for the weekend for the wedding now I don’t have the ring how can the ceremony continue

UPS decided to attempt to make the delivery themselves which the package never arrived. I received a notification that my package was left at the door which I was home during the time of delivery 11/26/22. When I got the notification I went outside to collect my package which wasn’t left I called UPS right away to explain the situation about the missing package. They claimed the driver left it at my door if not check with the leasing office at this time the leasing office is close it was closed when they attempted to deliver but I waited til Monday just to go be safe because the office is closed on Sunday. I arrived at the office at 8:30am when they open just to check but there wasn’t a package left with them either. I called again to complain about my missing package at this point they giving me the runaround saying the driver may have left it on my porch an a safe location I checked everywhere still knw package. So I called back explaining that the package wasn’t left anywhere at my location so they say claimed they contact the dispatch and was told the driver handed it over to someone so it went from being left at the door to someone accepted the package. That I should allow them 48 hour to perform a investigation to find out where my package could be located.
