On or around August 22, 2006 I attempted to apply with various Educational schools Northern Alabama University but the credit card stated ColumbiSouthern University paid 50.00 took the money and ran smart certify Federal Way Washington stated I had no credit report. I than requested the 1974 Freedom and Information act of 1974 and the United States department of education stated the following "Your request can neither be granted nor denied as no documents matching the description of the document you seek could be located following a thorough search I requested to all my educational records none could be found the problem is I had over 130 plus credit hours at Cleveland State University and received a Associate degree in Data Processing 1986 the transcripts were Notarized Medina County Court hous Ohio and Apostilled and registered at the Tacoma Federal Court room in Tacoma Apostilled document. Cleveland State refused to Notarize my transcripts. I would request that the U.S. Dept. of Education no longer be permitted to use my transcripts for the purpose of enrolling others at Public Institutions my Education work is mine and mine alone it does not belong to Sally Tom or Harry in Texas Utah Michigan etc...
