I am new to investing in gold coin sets.  Wanting to protect my money from possible bank failures I contacted the US Gold Bureau in Austin Texas.  The sales person Bernie Albright is very good at his job.  He reeled me in hook line and sinker.  I unknowingly purchased a "date run" of American Gold Eagle sets (PF70 Ultra Cameo) from 1986 to 1999.  I have spent approximately 100K  believing the sales person that I could double or even triple my investment in as little as three years.

When I expressed my concern that I might need some of my money back to purchase a home, I was told time and again that my investment was safe, and if I needed any of my money back there would be no problem selling the coins for what I paid for them.  This was an outright lie!  Don't believe anything these sales people at US Gold Bureau tell you.  I learned this the hard way when I wanted to sell the 2013 Gold American Eagle PF70 Ultra Cameo that I paid 5000 for and they offered me 3500 for it.  Unfortunately this is when the red flag went up but a little to late.

I do not know if I have any legal recourse against this company or not.  I read on this site of an attorney in Austin Texas who has represented victims of US Gold Bureau before.  If anyone knows who this attorney is please contact me with his information.
