United States Judgment Enforcement Bureau claims to enforce court ordered financial judgments against past tenants in rentals units who owe for rent and damages. They charge an up front fee, which appears to be any amount they can extract from you, and claim it is for filing fees that give them the right to collect these debts. After collection they claim they'll remit all but 25% of the funds collected.
Once your check clears they don't answer the telphone, return voice messages or inquiries by e-mail. It seems as if "they got into the wind" right after they cashed my company's check for $450 to assist in collecting debts due on several rental properties in Florida. If not out-right fraudulent, I believe this company is operating a very skillful scam!!!

If you are working for a reputable company, why didn't you post information like a VALID e-mail, phone number or an address of where someone can get what's due them? You say it's just B.S. what this "anonymous" person said about this company, yet YOU & your company remained anonymous as well by not posting information needed to correct this obvious problem. You can post "anonymous trash" all you want, but the only thing I got out of reading these.....only thing "anonymous" was where anyone could contact you.

You have violated the terms of servicefor Ripoff Report by making claims of illegal activity. Typical. You have also neglected to even place any contact information or any other identifier to even allow the possibility of a response.
All phone calls get returned, all mail gets returned, all faxes and emails get returned. I can only chance a guess that you are somehow disgruntled about news you heard during a response and decided to exact some kind of revenge on the company.
As you can see, we even respond to stupid anonymous complaints on this website which is just a scam to get companies to purchase their arbitration service.
Nice try but for anyone that cares, we are fully licensed by the State of Florida. We have never been sued, investigated, closed, censured or punished in any way by anyone. Instead of using the internet to read the trash reported here, people need to review licensing and public records to review companies.
