United States Patent And Trade Institute, Invent Connect, United Licensing Company Inventor's Helpl United States Patent And Trade Institute, Invent Connect, United Licensing Corp, Inventor's Helpl Victim of Inventor's Ripoff Scam Garden City New York
In April of 2006, I entered into a contract with Inventors Helpline to patent and promote my invention. As of February of this year every stitch of this company has practically disappeared off the face of this earth. The Patent and Trade Institue of America took over $11,000 and left my invention at the United States Patent and Trade Office as "Patent Pending" but my name is not on this patent. I have tried to contact them but to no avail. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau of New York, The Consumer Protection Agency, The Federal Trade Commission, and The Attorney General's Office in my home state of Illinois and New York, but nothing has yet to be done about this company and these people.
I would like someone to force these individuals to pay me the money they owe me for my patent and to pay me for damages and losses. I also want my invention finished patented as they have agreed to in my contract. I also want them to have to suffer the consequences for their illegal actions.
I would like to take my invention to a trade show in June, but I am not sure what my rights are because they intentionally failed to put my name on the patent. Please help me to track these people down and force them into doing their contractual duty.
Sincerely,
Debra
