NON-Delivery of Mail, Credit Card Bill Sunoco. Plus Delivery Person Drives On Passenger Side of Vehicle using NO SEAT BELT and Using Left Foot to engage Stop Peddle & Accelarator. The Vehicle Belongs to Delivery Person. Sunoco Charged me $39.95 Late Fees and Double Payment DUE. I have received other peoples mail several times. I placed them back in Mail Box with Flag Up.

I do know if other people on This Persons Route have had this problem. Now it is costing me Money and a Possible Bad Credit Report. I spoke with other people on this route and they also have had this problem. I live in a RURAL DELIVERY AREA in Upstate New York. This Person Delivers Mail for Postal Service but DOES NOT work for Postal Service. They receive an hourly salary.

I approached the Manager at Horicon Post Office and was told that there was nothing that can be done other than telling the delivery person of the problem. They will not give Late Fees or Double Charge.

The other problem is one of SAFETY. This Driver Drives on the left Side of the Vehicle, using left foot for acceleration and braking without the use of a SEAT BELT. I also explained this to the Manger of Hriocon Post Office and was told that there also was nothing she could do. I received a Traffic Ticket for NON-WEARING of SEAT BELT. This cost me $25 plus $55 Surcharge. Why can this and all drivers on the routes around my area are ALLOWED to DRIVE in this manner.
